Emerging Artist

Era Istrefi is moving fast now, going from #29 to #20 in her 2nd week on the chart. The striking Kosovar Albanian singer quickly gained regional notoriety with the release of her single, Mani Për Money, in 2013 when she was just 19 years old.

Her latest single, BonBon, has a very Rihanna-esque vibe and did well enough that Ultra Music/Sony came calling just a month after its release in January of this year. An English version was released in June as well as a remix featuring former Emerging Artist Post Malone, and a remix by Marshmello.

Era has also been gaining a lot of attention for her fashion, primarily via her Instagram account. Coverage from Vogue, Noisey, The Source, Billboard, MTV, and Idolator will probably be just the tip of the iceberg. She is currently working on more material so it looks like 2017 will be a truly breakout year.
