Rather than highlighting one Emerging Artist this week, we thought we’d take a look at all of the incredible action we have seen in the last two weeks…check out what we saw with last week’s chart (1/26):

Former Emerging Artists Marian Hill Debuted #37 on Ultimate 100 Artists and their song Down Debuts #30 on Ultimate 100 Songs after blowing up via an Apple commercial sync. They were on the chart for the bulk of 2016, last appearing on November 3rd. Things got a bit quiet for them and they dropped off before this very quick explosion. They appeared on The Tonight Show on Friday 1/20 (current stats above, lots more action)

Emerging Artist chart graduates Kaleo had Way Down We Go super-boosted to #31 on Ultimate 100 songs after it is featured in the new Logan trailer; the band hit Ultimate 100 Artists at #67 and is now at #65

Former Emerging Artist Sturgill Simpson’s 1/14 Saturday Night Live musical guest spot amped up sales, sending him back into Ultimate 100 Artists at #44
